A daisy scout fond farewell for the season!

Though our troop started late in the year the girls had a blast with many fun outings and visitors.

Learning to recycle, getting to experience how a television show is made, learning fire safety and having tea with a sister brownie troop, just to name a few!

We had our last daisy meeting in June and my little daisy and I worked together to put these parting gifts together.

This set includes, 6 box templates,  gift tags and stickers. Also as a bonus a complete tutorial on how to create your very own daisy inspired necklaces.

Here’s the list of supplies you’ll need in addition to this downloadable PDF

Supplies Needed:

4. x-acto knife
5. scissors
6. Paper Source 8.5×11 Paper Stock Stardream in Quartz
7. Paper Source 8.5×11 Card Stock Stardream in Quartz
8. Sculpey® Fashion Art Mini Metal Cutters
9. Sculpey® Clay Tool Variety Set
10. Sculpey® III Multipack, Pearls and Pastels
11. 1 and 1.75 crcle punches
12. Mod Podge

Directions For Daisy Necklace:

1. Print page 3 and 4 of this PDF at 100% onto cover stock (8.5×11) of your choice (or text stock and laminate for shine and extra support)
2. Print page 5 of this PDF at 100% onto text stock (8.5×11) of your choice  – cut with 1.75 circle punch , place floral wire in the center and glue  another circle on top.
3. Print page 6 of this PDF at 100% onto self adhesive labels, cut out with 1 inch punch  (stickers for extra secure seal on box)

Directions For Daisy Necklace:

1. Use the tools above to create your very own daisy necklace
2. Create hole at the top of flower before baking
3. Use Sculpey direction for correct baking time
4. Once baked and cooled brush with Mod Podge (gloss, satin, glitter…etc) to finish
5. Choose skinny ribbon of choice for final touch

Ta-Da! There you have it! Your very own “Box Full Of Daisiness” themed gift box and neckless set! Great for a any Daisy you know!

A special treat to help keep you sweet!

Being the paper snob I am, I could not pass up the opportunity to make my daughter a very special Valentine for her to hand out to friends.

I just can’t come to gripes with ever purchasing anything with a giant yellow sponge in oddly shaped pants that hails by the name of Bob and flips krabby pattys for a living. Where’s the romance in that?
