- ruler
- x-acto knife
- scissors
- paper and card stock
- 2.5 inch circle punch
- embroidery floss

- Print page 2 of this PDF at 100% onto card stock (8.5×11) of your choice
- Print page 3 thru 5 of this PDF at 100% text stock (8.5×11) of your choice
- Wrap your gift and away you go!
